Shipping policy

Items will be packaged and shipped within 2-4 Business Days. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packs once we have dropped it off at the Post Office.

If an issue arrises with receiving your package after it has been scanned by the postal service, you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
